What We Do:

To ensure every product we sell is Outsource Certified, we undergo the following process:

1) Authenticity Check - at the sourcing stage we make sure the products we are buying are authentic. In the case of second hand items, this process includes finding where the seller first bought the item and checking all tags, labels, material and designs are correct. We also make sure the country where the product is manufactured is correct as well.

2) Quality Check - we make sure all the material is of a high standard.

3) Condition Check - we check the item thoroughly for marks, stains or imperfections so we can list it accurately and authentically.

4) Treatment - we then steam and spray each product with a purpose made clothing spritz to deodorise and refresh each item. This means you can be confident each item will arrive in the best condition possible ready to be enjoyed by you!

5) Outsource Certified Tag - we finally attach each product with an Outsource Certified Tag. This is to show that each product has undergone this process and is Outsource Certified.
